The Horse & Hound is a historic, recently renovated, 12 bedroom lodge in the heart of the White Mountains that’s perfect for large groups and retreats. Upstairs, up to 25 guests can stay in the 12 guest rooms, each furnished with local handmade solid maple furniture. Downstairs, you'll find a large living area, cozy but spacious library, tavern, large dining room with furniture from the original inn and 4 half baths. The lodge also comes with a large chefs/catering kitchen. The space The property is 8 acres with a large flat lower lawn that is perfect for lawn games. The lawn is adjacent to a large terrace that includes wicker furniture and cast iron tables and chairs. You can also enjoy the lovely garden with a farm table and charming greenhouse. The upper lawn leads into the forest, where you’ll find historic moss-covered rock walls and towering sugar maple trees. The property is bordered on one side by the magical Tucker Brook. The Horse & Hound also has a large parking lot of plenty of parking.
