It is a Private Suite W/full Bath. There are 4 beds in the room with 14' ceilings, a TV and Wi-Fi. The Beds all have Great Mattresses. There are Protective Mattress & Pillow Covers. I provide a Fitted Sheet, a Sleeping Bag, & a Pillow THE BATHROOM: There is a full bathroom. The Toilet and Shower are separate rooms with doors, so 1 person can be using the toilet, another person can be taking a shower, while another person can be using the sink. There will be a Bath Towel, Beach Towel & Hand Towel for each person. (See Pictures) KITCHENETTE: Small Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Portable 2 burner Stove and Countertop Oven. (See picture) Bring your own Pots, Pans, Utilities, Plates, Silverware, Food and Supplies. RENTAL PREPARATION: Your rental has been disinfected and cleaned by my professional team. We take immense care in preparing the rental for you. When a guest checks out, the space is aired out before my team goes in. All high-touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant. • Door handles • Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, television controls, fan pull chains) • Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats • Utensils, cutlery and crockery • Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames Then they start cleaning. All bedding, linens, and towels are washed and replaced. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive, beachfront room, with a view of the waves from your bed, you have found it. BRING YOUR OWN TOYS: Surf Borders, Boogie Borders, Football, Beach Balls, Etc. One of our Guests always brings a piece of Plywood with them, so they can play Ping-Pong. Other items to think about bringing would be a Portable BBQ, Beach Umbrella, & Beach Chair. Do you want a Fire on the Beach? You can buy Firewood at the Community Gate. You will have 1 Parking Pass. There is a small Restaurant/Bar/Store at the Community Gate. Guest access Your group will have their own Private Suite with Private Bathroom. You share the Sidewalk from the street, down 18 steps to your Suite and the Gated Access to the Beach. Just like a Motel. You share walkways, but that is it. You share nothing else. I will schedule it on my calendar, so I can meet you and give you a quick Tour, the Keys, and answer any questions you may have. Your Room has a Wrought Iron Screen door with a Digital Lock and a Key Lock Front Door. If you bring a BBQ you can cook on the Beach. There is plenty of space for a Beach Fire and to play Beach Games. Bring your Toys. In Surf Casa Beach Bunkhouse, you will need to bring Pots, Dishes, Utensils for Cooking and Eating. Other things to note I will need to know the time you will be arriving. I will schedule it on my calendar, so I can meet you to give you a quick Tour, the Keys, and answer any questions you may have. Try to be as accurate as possible. If your ETA changes let me know right away. I do not want you to have to wait for me. Please text me when you are about 15 to 20 minutes away or when you cross the border. That will give me just enough time to get to the property, so I can meet with the Keys. I will send, by way of What’sApp, the code to the property sidewalk entrance. This will get you on the property but not into your rental.
