May not be ideal for individuals with limited mobility Winter: Cozy up inside by the gas fireplace while taking in the views of the lake or bring your snowmobiles, cross country skiis or snowshoes and head outside, then warm up in the hot tub or by the Solo Firepit. Summer: Cook up a delicious outdoor breakfast on the 36” griddle. Sip coffee overlooking the lake. Set up for a relaxing day on the private sandy beach. Some areas of the beach may be unusable in winter due to dock and lift storage. **Additional charges will be enforced for misuse of hot tub/excessive sand, debris, etc **Use of TV in hot tub area is at your own risk. TV is heavy and needs to be placed on mount each day. It is not a weather proof TV and needs to be taken in each night and/or if it’s raining or snowing heavily.
