Two bedrooms providing queen beds, wall-mounted smart TVs, and ample closet space. The final bedroom presents a bunkbed with twin mattress up top and full mattress on the bottom. Along with wall-mounted smart TV and closet. A separate guest bath includes large dual vanity and bathtub with shower. The home is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood so we must insist on keeping noise levels to a minimum to be respectful of the neighbors with small children. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Outside activities must be moved indoors by 10pm. No pets allowed.
