The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra). The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The house has central heating and can therefore be used all year round. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately . It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or also for cycling groups. There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings. The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away.
