Guest access Guests can obtain a key from the Sunlit Vacation Rentals office 4 minutes north of the condo complex on A1A, but the building and the condo itself are key pad convenient (keyless). A set of keys in the condo will give guests access to the building, the condo itself and to the back entrance of the building by the pool area. Other things to note The garage access remote is very hard to replace. If a guest loses the remote or takes it with them, there will be a $200 fine.
