Lots of parking and space for a small rv/ trailer. Come play in the snow up the mountain during winter, enjoy the lake all year round. Explore the town, find a few treasures at the antique store, hike the Trail of 100 Giants, soak in Miracle Hot Springs, and fish or catch crayfish in the river/lake. The space There are 2 cozy bedrooms with slanted ceiling upstairs with a 3/4 bathroom. One bedroom has 1 king bed and a Pack n Play and the other has 1 queen bed. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus room off of the kitchen with a bunk bed and a full size futon. Also located on the main floor is 1 full bathroom. The king (firm) and queen (medium) mattress are memory foam. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there are security cameras on the exterior of the house and an alarm system in place. Once guest check in, I like to mind my own business and respect my guest's privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, a small rice cooker, fryer, waffle maker, toaster, toaster oven, baking pans and baking sheets, roasting pans lots of pots and pans. There is a wood burning grill, an electric grill, and a propane grill. I also stock it with lots of spices and sauces so that when I come here, I would not need to buy extra items. My family host Thanksgiving and Christmas here. We catch crayfish by nets and do a crawfish boil during the summer. Once guest have their fill with the river, lake, or mountain activities, there are several board and card games for guest to entertain themselves. There is a DVD player as well as a VHS player and 2 drawers full of random DVDs. Streaming on Roku there is Netflix, Paramount +, Disney +, Hulu and ESPN. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house except for the shed, and a few locked cabinets inside the house for our personal items. Address will be given after booking. Any children in the back yard will need to be monitored. There are multiple levels and a tree fort where children can fall. Extra life jackets and snow gear are in the bottom bedroom closet. Some toiletries are provided like soap and shampoo. There are several rolls of toilet paper provided if you need more, there is a Dollar General nearby. There several stores, a movie theatre, park and a bar within walking distance.
