The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
