This Charlotte Home is a central location with close proximity to I-485 making it perfect for vacationers. Other things to note + We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. + 2 car driveway. Additional vehicles can park on the street in front of the house. Please do not block the neighbors driveways. Please note that by booking this property you are notified that the home has an external camera overlooking the front driveway, as well as an external doorbell camera at the front door. There is also an external camera located above the back door facing the patio/backyard area. Cameras record audio and video and is on at all times. We have a noise monitor located on the ceiling in the living room/dining area. It does not record audio or video but reports the noise level in the home to help us prevent large gathering/parties. Note: We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance provided by Airbnb to protect you from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling.
