The master bedroom has a king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and a 40 inch wall mounted TV. All three bedrooms and the family room has its own fans and also air conditioned, which has a sensor that shuts off the air condition if any of the windows and doors are left open. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (four burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster oven and a deep freezer. The family room has a 55 inch smart TV, which provides Netflix, cable and unlimited wireless Internet. Isle Be Back Villa is considered a green community and so the water heater as well as the streetlights are solar powered. The Villa is only 2 minutes from Plantation Cove and Plantation Smokehouse. It is located only 15 minutes away from the hub of downtown Ocho Rios and 55 scenic coastline minutes away from Montego Bay Airport. Our ideal location keeps you close to nature and is 10 minutes to the scenic and adventurous attractions. These attractions include Jamaica most visited and most loved Dunns River Falls, the fun filled and entertaining Dolphin Cove which affords you a swim with the dolphins, Mystic Mountain, Green Grotto Cave, Chukka Cove tours and attractions, and Luminous Lagoon (Glistening Waters) the once in a lifetime experience to witness amazing night tour to this awesome natural wonder in it's pristine state. Special events up to 20 people can be held at the Clubhouse but required prior arrangements. Airport pick up and drop off, and chauffeur services can be arranged with an independent tour operator. Other things to note Jamaica is a tropical island and as such, from time to time you will have ants, bugs, mosquitoes, lizards, bees and other small rodents etc. get inside the house, or occasionally seen outside Please be aware we try our best to limit this. Refunds will not be granted base on these sightings. We have no control over 3rd party amenity disruptions such as electricity, internet, water , however this is normally rectified within mins/hrs . There are battery powered lights in the house as well as a few of the bulbs are chargeable and will stay on during electricity outages . Refund will not be given base on this disruption unless it continues beyond reasonable time . Transportation for airport pick up, drop off, rental and tour is available upon request at a separate cost.
