Guest access Guests will have access to the whole place, with the exception of any locked owner areas. Other things to note Newly furnished custom home is comfortable, private and well-appointed. Open floorplan means guests should all be comfortable with one another as the only doors in the house are for entry/exit and on the two bathrooms, or to separate two distinct living areas with bedroom using a set of large wooden doors. In the front space is a large living space, cafe dining space, desk and chair, loft sleeping space, kitchenette, and bathroom. Upstairs loft with queen bed is reachable only by a spiral staricase, so plan accordingly as the spiral staircase is not safe for young children. In the back side of the home is a full kitchen, large dining area, queen sleeping space with privacy curtain, sofa and fireplace, and a full bathroom with tub. The exterior features a large flagstone patio with sturdy patio furniture, gorgeous hot tub, covered portal and landscaped yard. The entry porch is stone and soaks up the sun in the afternoon so it's a great late day sitting porch, especially in fall and winter.
