The space The house contains all modern necessities a large country kitchen with dining area, living room with wood-burning stove and incl. 2 bathrooms with toilet, 3 large bedrooms. In 3 of the bedrooms there are double beds that cannot be separated. Large private enclosed garden is at your disposal with lounge furniture, gas grill and screened terrace. There are 5,000 sqm of fruit trees, fireplace and large lawn that can be used. There is chromecast and fast WiFi. Located in Utsholt village. A small peaceful village with ponds. Close to Rågeleje, Tisvildeleje and Gilleleje town and within walking distance to the beach at Smidstrup. There are local shopping opportunities in nearby town, and there are good shopping places in Helsinge and Hillerød. Guest access There are 2 parking spaces available for you, if you come with more cars, please let us know. Buses and trains run to Helsinge, Hillerød, Gilleleje (fishing village) and Copenhagen. 444 meters walk to the bus stop “Odsholtvej”. There are train departures from here to Hillerød and Copenhagen. It takes about 1 hour to Copenhagen / Airport. Other things to note Everything is included: electricity, water and also bedlinen and towels. Forespørg ved flere end 12 personer. If there are any questions, just ask and we will find a solution. Houserules: 1. Electricity is for personal use -not for charging electric cars/campers. 2. After 22:00 it’s not allowed to have loud music in the garden. Inside the house there are no restrictions regarding music. 3. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the house. 4. Please, no dogs on the couch and in the bed. 5. Take care of the energy, close the light when you are not in that room. 6. When you use the grill, please clean it. If you use the gas grill, don’t place it near the roof. 7. After showering, please open the window for a while. 8. If you leave the house, please close the windows/doors. 9. If you open the windows and doors they have to be on the string. 10. Use placemats on the table and the steel mate to put the hot pan on. 11. Put the lounge pillows and seat pillows inside in the night and when it’s raining. 12. Netflix can be used on the TV – Use the profile Guest. 13. The lamp in the yard along our house must be switched off. 14. The mirrors in the bathroom can be lighted when you pull your hand from right to left underneath it. 15. Use the green plastic bags for the garbish. Close the bag in the summer periode, because of the worms. 16. The garden gate can be opened at the green string. 17. And when you go home again: - Could you please empty the dishwasher. - Could you please empty the refridgerator. - Could you please leave the towels on the bathroom floor. - Could you please leave the bedsheet on the floor. 18. There are 2 parking spaces available for you. In Denmark it is normal to take your shoes off and to walk around in the house on your socks. We have floor heating so you won't be cold.
