The space The House on Edgewater is located on the historic Wisconsin River. Guests can look forward to enjoying the peaceful river on one of two exterior decks or in the hammock, and may even spot the neighborhood bald eagle! The backyard has steps down to the river for direct access - perfect for kayaking! This adorable three-bedroom, cape-cod style home was built in 1930. Most of the home's woodwork is original, including the doors and door handles. The home has also settled through the years, and developed a charming slope! The second upstairs room is great for kids, with two twin beds and a desk. The space could also be used as an office for productive teleworking or just answering a quick email. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and has a Queen Size Bed with a dreamy canopy bed with fairy lights. All mattresses are memory foam and have a down-alternative comforter. Bathrooms: The main floor has a full bath with a shower and tub combo, vanity and extra storage. A half bath is located at the top of the stairs. Parking: Parking is free. As a courtesy to our neighbors, all guests are asked to park either in the garage or driveway. Guest access Guest access will be through a keyless smart lock touchpad.
