This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Enjoy a quiet weekend in peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many fine restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, and breweries! No cleaning fees and stays of 7 days or longer enjoy a 20% discount when you book! The space (Permit 22-0116-STR) Front Patio: As you arrive at the property, you and your guests will park under the car port and driveway. Walk towards the covered front patio and you will see a relaxing sitting area where you will enjoy your late afternoons or early mornings sipping your favorite drink and looking out at our beautiful neighborhood! Stay a while and enjoy! We call our place Fleur de Lis! Living Room/Dining Room: As you enter the home, find yourself in a stylish living room with a large sofa and accompanying chair. Make yourself at home in front of a large 65-inch smart TV. (Bring your log in and password for your favorite streaming services!). Take your shoes off and relax on the couch and prop your feet on the ottoman in the middle or take note of the infinity game table by the blue wall. Tap to turn it on and challenge your family members to play screen versions of your favorite board games like Monopoly, Life, Scrabble, Battleship, and others. You and your loved ones are bound to spend many hours of fun playing! The windows in this space are large, so open the drapes to let plenty of light in during the day to fill the room so you may view the outside! Enjoy a meal on the hand-built wooden dining table, which has room for six. If you have two more guests, pull out the stools on the high table nearby. This house has room for up to eight people! Kitchen: Here you’ll find beautiful, updated white cabinetry and plenty of counter space to make a meal and help create memories for your loved ones and friends. The kitchen is well appointed with all the needed amenities: plates, glasses, cups, utensils, knives, cutting boards, cooking ware, cooking gloves, silverware, blender, baking pans, wine glasses, etc. You’ll find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and an air fryer/toaster combo! The refrigerator has filtered water and ice. There’s also a dishwasher for your convenience. Bedroom 1: Make yourself at home in the comfortable queen bed with comfy pillows, cushions, and linens. While relaxing, you can lay and watch television on the 43-inch smart TV. This room boasts a large closet with racks and hangers, including iron and ironing board. Next to the closet, walk into the bath complete with towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The tub in this bathroom is a jetted tub. Additionally, the shower head is detachable with various spray settings. There’s a washer and dryer in the back for use, if needed. Bedroom 2: Come inside and place your belongings on the luggage rack in the closet; place your clothes in the large dresser. Then, enjoy your stay while making yourself comfortable on a king size bed with clean white linens, stylish cover, comfy pillows, and cushions while you relax watching the 55-inch smart TV in front of you. The room has its own half bath for privacy. The windows let in ample light during the day while you can turn down the blinds before tucking in for the night. Bath 2: Between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4 there’s a full bath also complete with towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The tub has a detachable shower head with various spray settings. A small vanity and storage for your bath items is available here. Bedroom 3: This room boasts a king size bed also with comfy linens and pillows plus a throw on the bed to keep you warmer if needed. There’s a stylish bench at the of the bed for dressing. The large windows let in plenty of light during the day and the blinds can be turned down before tucking in. There's a closet with plenty of room as well as a nice large dresser for your clothing. Bedroom 4: This room can be used as a study as it contains a small desk and chair plus a lamp. The desk sits next to a built-in bookcase where you may find some books of interest and board games. A twin size day bed with trundle sits at the opposite side of the room, also with comfy linens and pillows to make you feel at home! Covered Back Yard Patio and Gazebo: Enjoy your time in the back yard on the patio table and gaze at the large oak tree looming over the gazebo in the yard. There are two fans under the covered patio you can turn on if you want a breeze while sitting out on a warm day. Watch and listen to the birds in the early morning or early evening with a cup of coffee or drink of choice. Alternatively, walk to the gazebo and sit on the large chairs to enjoy the shade and surroundings under the large oak tree! If you have kids, there’s plenty of room out back to run around! A high chair and pack n play (playpen) are available. Please let us know in advance. Guest access Guests may access all spaces in property, except the storage shed in back yard and locked storage (owner's) closets in house. Other things to note * Note, We do charge $10 extra per night for each additional number of guests over 5, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays! *There are trash bins on the side of the house by the driveway where you may place trash bags into. * Be aware there are security cameras in front (doorbell) and back of house - do not attempt to disconnect these. Just like in a hotel building, they are for yours and our protection! * KNOW THE CANCELLATION POLICY. THERE WILL BE NO DEVIATION FROM IT. BUYING TRIP INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED SO YOU CAN GET YOUR FUNDS BACK IN CASE YOU MISS THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE(S).
