The house has A/C The house is located: less than 25 minutes from Sunday River, 7 minutes to Black Mountain, 30 minutes to picturesque Bethel Village, and 3 minutes to Rumford Falls. Also within 20 minutes in every direction are swimming holes, waterfalls, hiking trails, farms, and gorgeous mountain views. The space On the first floor, you’ll find a very spacious living room with a nice fireplace, and brand new 70-inch smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Hulu, and other options (you can use your own login). The house offers a big sunroom where we have a pool table, foosball table, board games, and a sitting area. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT the sunroom/game room is heated with portable electric heaters. The large kitchen comes appointed with appliances and utensils and a stocked pantry for cooking and baking. The dining room, fully renovated full bathroom, and a laundry room are also all on the first floor. The game room is also on the first floor perfect for lounging or playing one of the many board games available, pool table, or Foosball. On the second floor, you’ll find 3 large bedrooms along with an additional fully renovated new bathroom and a designated area for workers. - The first bedroom is equipped with 2-queen size new beds! - The second bedroom is equipped with 1- queen size bed, and 1 full-size bed! - The third bedroom is equipped with 1 - queen size new bed!
