Built in 2019, our cozy, lake-front cottage is the perfect getaway for those who want a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the lake! The space Our cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has huge windows with beautiful lake views, a king sized bed with memory foam mattress, a private bathroom with a shower/bath combo, as well as double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a plush mattress topper, and a separate full bath with a walk-in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, including a gas stove and oven. You can enjoy dinner with a view at our large island bar with four stools. The screened porch and deck provide waterfront views. They are a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. A full washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry closet. There are ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms, and the screened porch. There is ample parking at the entrance to this one-of-a-kind cottage. There is a private dock that has a ladder for swimmers. We also have two kayaks and three paddle boards. Life jackets are provided. You can enjoy grilling out dinner on our gas grill, or relax by the fire in our fire pit (guests provide their own firewood). Our cottage includes a 65 inch smart TV in the living room, a 50 inch TV in the master, as well as highspeed Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private dock, screened porch, fenced in backyard, and firepit.
