This updated condo on Sugar Mountain is the perfect place to relax, perched at 4750' in elevation. With level entry from the parking area, access is simpler than most condos! On the main level, you are treated to the new hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for breakfast or a snack. The living room offers Spectrum TV for your shows while you gather around the gas log fireplace. Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains are visible from inside, or step on the the deck to soak them in-- Fifty plus miles on a clear day spanning from Grandmother Mountain to Beech Mountain to the left. Two bedrooms are on the main level. You'll find the king suite with private TV and long range views. The attached bath has a jetted tub, tiled shower, and double vanity. Off the kitchen area is queen bedroom with a smart TV and full bath that is attached and also opens just outside in the hallway for guest use. The home receives a lovely patch of morning sunshine, then cools as the day goes on with indirect sunshine. Upstairs is a large loft with TV, queen and twin bed, and a third full bathroom with a shower. Relax on the deck in the chairs, or use the electric grill to prepare dinner after a day of exploring the High Country! For the adventurous, you can hike down to the ski slopes. There is a walking trail located just past the lower section of this condo community that provides access to Sugar Mountain. Please be advised that the walking trail is located downhill beyond the lower level of this condo community. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Parking is limited to 2 cars. - The unit is fully covered by fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors on both levels. - The town of Sugar Mountain requires AWD/4WD or chains in times of snow and ice. Please plan accordingly. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
