Enjoy various gardens, the fire pit, a soaking pool, a grill, the loft garage space, and board games in the basement for endless fun. The space Indoors: * An open-concept living and dining room with a cathedral ceiling, 2-story windows, and double sliding doors that lead to the wrap-around deck. * A fully-functioning brick fireplace and cozy seating make this room the perfect place to start your morning and end your night with your family. The house, being nearly surrounded by windows allows for perfect unobstructed views into the forest. * Ready-to-use kitchen houses a full range stove, microwave, full fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, waffle maker, full sets of dishes, cutlery, and chef's knives. Our dishes are all KOOK brand. * Indoor dining room table inside that seats 8, and a bar counter with room for 2. * Main floor bedroom, with two full-size beds, and a twin day bed with a trundle. There is plenty of closet space available here, including shelving in the full bathroom + bathtub shower. * Upstairs bedroom has a full queen-sized bed, closet space, and an attached full bathroom + bathtub shower. The cathedral ceiling in this room with a functional skylight lets in plenty of warm light. * Lower level has 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a set of drawers. There is a full bathroom (not attached to the bedroom) that has a stall shower and a washing machine and dryer. * Downstairs also includes a lounge room with a cast iron wood stove (that works!) and a full supply of family-friendly board games. This is the perfect gathering spot for game night, with plenty of comfy seating for everyone. * Fresh linens and towels available. * Handcrafted natural wood staircase and deck railing. Garage Loft: * In the garage loft, you will find arcade games, a dart board, a bar setup, a chalkboard wall, a mini-fridge, and more cozy seating. * While the house is screen-free, this is where you will find the TV, with access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and disney+, if you just need to catch that episode. Outdoors: This house is made for its outdoors, breathtaking in every season. * Full deck that overlooks the front of the property. * Outdoor dining set on deck with access from the kitchen. * Deck includes propane grill and propane fire pit with seating. * Under the deck seating and hammock, easily accessible from the driveway and lower level of the house. * Seasonal saltwater pool (not heated) that is open from May to September (based on outdoor temperature). * Multitudes of bird feeders across the entire property, with a live stream bird feeder accessible from the living room, and lots of bird food for feeding. * Front lawn in-ground cinder block fire pit, with string lights to help set the scene, the perfect place to spend a chilly winter night or warm summer evening. Plenty of firewood is available on the property. * Our on-site trail begins behind the garage and is marked clearly. Straying from our marked trail is at your own risk. *Fresh mint growing near the pool and a variety of gardens throughout the property and they are free for picking! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the upper level of the garage. Other things to note Heating/Cooling: Baseboard heating throughout the house, AC split unit on the main floor, and ceiling fans in the main floor and upstairs bedrooms. Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests, events, photo sessions, or shoots are permitted without prior consent. Surcharges may be applied for non-compliance. Pet Policy: We have a no-pet policy, with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding. Winter service: Be careful, the driveway is very slippery when it snows. When it snows snowplowing service will arrive at the soonest possible opportunity.
