This apartment sleeps 2 people, on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The blind has been repaired and works perfectly to take full advantage of the view. The unit has a double bed. You can enjoy the view after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linens will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towels. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk. Bike rental nearby (a great bike path goes all the way around the lake). The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is possible on nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Bonlieu underground car parks. Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90/person / day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled by its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Boasting a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has maintained its architectural and historical heritage. Check-ins are available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to host you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day. In the same way on the day of your checkout, a late checkout will be allowed if the accommodation is not resumed the same evening.
