About the noise: because the apartment is on a main avenue in the center of Miraflores, there is a typical and natural noise being in the center of the city. The noise goes down a lot with the windows closed (it has air conditioning) and because it is on a high floor (11th floor), but if you are a person who is very sensitive to noise you can hear some noise, especially with open windows. Guest access In order to generate the access to the apartment, we'll need that you tell us all the guests names and passport numbers. Not giving us that information may delay or prejudice the check in process. We will only communicate through Airbnb (no WApp) and we usually answer within 5 minutes. Other things to note Our main goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay, that's why please note the following: - This is a studio apartment, one big main area with a private bathroom. - There is one security camera that belongs to the building, and it's located in the hallway (OUTSIDE apartment) next to the apartment entrance. It records sound and images. - It's an old building but well maintained. - Theres NO indoor parking. You can park at the building entrance where there are many public parking spots that are safe and free.
