Beautiful farm cottage situated on a 10 acre working horse farm. Everything you need to enjoy nature and relax. Breathtaking sunset views, horses, gardens, and an orchard. We are 35 minutes from Nashville and minutes from historic Springfield which has restaurants, bars, a brewery, and greenways. We are a working horse farm. The setting is rural but not secluded. The space The cottage is a 500 square foot efficiency with a bedroom/ living space, a kitchen, and a full bath. The sleeping area features a queen bed and a smart TV that guests can connect to any streaming service they have. The cottage has internet. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and cooking supplies. Guests will enjoy our complimentary coffee bar which includes: a Keurig coffeemaker, sugar, syrups, and 2 coffee pods per day of your stay. Guests will also enjoy a welcome gift of cookies. We also offer additional amenities like an air fryer and gas grill. Added comforts include an air mattress, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and towels. Pack and Play crib is available upon request. The outdoors at birdsong farm are spectacular. The cottage has a fenced in yard with 3 shrub gardens with hydrangeas, azaleas, and gardenias. Right outside the cottage is a large vegetable and flower garden that attracts butterflies. The cottage has a large covered porch with a gas grill. There is a private patio with a as firepit and 2 adirondack chairs lit by string lights. Upon arrival you'll walk through an orchard of pear, peach, and plum trees. Parking is ~50 yards from the cottage. Guests will follow a grass walk through our orchard down a gentle slope to reach the cottage. Please plan accordingly. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and farm. The horses are very friendly and will walk up to the gate to meet you if you'd like to give them a pet.
