The space Our home is on the fifth floor, but don't worry - we've got an elevator! Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful balcony overlooking the city, a comfy living room, a dining room fit for a feast, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer for your convenience. And that's not all! As a guest of ours, you'll have access to some seriously cool common areas, including a full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, a massive gazebo that can hold over 100 people, an indoor air-conditioned gym, a basketball court, and a play area for the kiddos. Oh, and did we mention the pool with comfy lounge chairs where you can soak up some rays and chillax? But wait, there's more! Other things to note Attention all guests! We're thrilled to have you stay with us, but we need to lay down the law. The listing price covers two lucky guests, but if you want to invite your whole crew, it's gonna cost you 10 bucks a head per night. Don't say we didn't warn you! Now, we know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. But let's be real, we're not miracle workers, and sometimes things take longer than we'd like. Please bear with us, and we promise to get everything ship-shape as soon as possible. Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 12Kwht per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht after your 25Kwh per day. Yikes! Last but not least, if you're the type to forget your towel or phone charger, we've got you covered - for a price. Missing items like these will be subject to additional charges, so try not to leave anything behind or replace it with ours.
