We are located on the wine road, facing the Mont Brouilly without any neighbours, at the end of a dead end street surrounded by vineyards. A unique location! The space In our 400 m2 property you will find 1 large living room (60m2 and dining room 40m2), 1 fully equipped kitchen (30 m2), 6 bedrooms (12 to 20 m2) with double beds (5 x 160x200+ 1x140x200) (3 of them air-conditioned), 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 1 laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, iron). A BB umbrella bed and fans are available on request. A 400 m2 parking space on the ground floor of the garden offers space for your vehicles.
