Enjoy the beach supplies for a beach day. The space When arriving, you'll be welcomed by a thoughtful drought tolerant front yard. The blossoms attract pollinators, butterflies, and hummingbirds as well as add vibrance to the neighborhood. Everything you need to feel right at home. There is plenty of space for you to spread out when you need some alone time and a cozy living room to gather and play games or watch a classic movie. The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests to enjoy a meal together. Enjoy a morning coffee in the quiet nook, looking through the front window, and watch the neighborhood wake up. A full kitchen setup to aid you in preparing a special meal or just grabbing a snack. The bar connects the cooking area to the relaxed dining room, allowing conversation and catching up to flow while creating that favorite dinner for all to enjoy. The stacked washing machine and dryer are available to use with the fragrance free laundry soap provided at the far end of the kitchen Three private bedrooms with very comfortable beds for you to stretch out and recharge in. Thoughfuly decorated with modern touches to add to your getaway experience. A classic bathroom with a makeup mirror, towels, fragrance free shampoo, fragrance free conditioner, fragrance free body soap, hand soap, and a hair dryer. It is a very spacious backyard for the area. You will be very comfortable BBQing, enjoying an outdoor dinner, lounging around the fire pit, or playing games on the spacious grass yard. Access to the backyard is only available through the house. The side gate at the driveway is locked for guests. No exceptions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the detached garage. The driveway side gate is locked and not accessible for guests to use. Enjoy the native plant landscaped front yard, ample street parking, as well as, parking in the the driveway (except for Monday mornings when refuse bins are picked up). The gardeners come every other Tuesday afternoon, and access the backyard through the side gate. If you are staying with pet(s), please make sure to pick up after them in the yard and secure them inside during that time Other things to note SAME-DAY BOOKINGS Our cutoff time for same day bookings is 4PM. This allows us to coordinate with our cleaning crews availability if you are checking out the next day. However, if you are booking a reservation for more than one night, please message me directly and I'll adjust the settings so you are able to book. A multiple night booking gives us time to coordinate with our cleaning crew's schedule. PARKING You're encouraged to use the driveway to park your vehicle(s). The only exception is on Mondays, the refuse bins are picked up and they need the driveway clear to wheel the bins out and back in. There's ample street parking, however there are street sweeping days when there's no parking: Tuesday 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (house side) Wednesday 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (other side) PET FEE/RULES Your pet(s) are welcome here during your stay. Please indicate the number of pets in the "Who's coming?" section during booking to apply a one-time $50 pet fee that is divided across each night you are staying (example: 5 night stay, $10 added to each night's amount). If traveling with more than 2 pets, please message me to discuss before booking. Food and water bowls provided. Please read and abide by the rules below if bringing pet(s): - Only house-trained pet(s) - Maximum of 2 pet(s) per stay - Please keep your pet(s) off furniture - Do not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time during your stay - Please pickup after your pet(s) with the pet baggies provided - If staying on a Tuesday, please pick up after your dog in the yard before 12 and please secure your pet(s) indoors before the gardeners arrive. EARLY CHECK IN We will do our best to accommodate for an early check in whenever possible. Anything earlier than 2 hours will incur in a charge of $20 per extra hour. GARDENERS The gardeners arrive every other Tuesday after 12 PM and access the backyard through the driveway. They usually take less than 30 minutes. BBQ If you use the BBQ please use the brush to clean any debris and left over food off the grills as best as you can. RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS Registration number NRP22-00767
