Deluxe Oceanfront Bal Harbour Resort Suite 1,478 Sq ft on the 10th floor with 1 bedroom with a king bed and large private bath, a den with a queen sized pull out sofa and private bath and blackout curtains, living room, kitchenette, and two Balconies 15 ft x 15 ft each. One 75" Q-Led TV, two 65" TV's and - one smaller TV embedded into a bathroom mirror. The space You will have access to the all amenities and free valet parking. This is a Deluxe Oceanfront Suite which is 1,478 SQ FT Plus 2 Balconies 455 SQ FT Total SQ FT = 1,933, not to be confused with the smaller suites. It is very special unit in terms of location and size. This exclusive enclave is directly across from the celebrated Bal Harbour Shops and mere minutes from the vibrancy of South Beach, Miami. If you are not familiar with the hotel, there are a few things that you may want to know. This unit is on the north side which is the preferred side because you can see straight out onto the beach and all the way up the coast. On the south side of the hotel you cannot see down the beach because the apartment building to the south is too close and blocks the view. One more and very important thing is the size of the units available. This apartment is the largest of the suites available. The master bath has a double shower with two Rain cloud shower heads and two hand held shower heads. The walk-in closet which connects the master bedroom with the master bathroom is 12 feet long for plenty of closet space for your clothes. Many of the other suites have only one shower in the master bath and only 6 feet of closet storage space. The den in this unit is also much larger as well. A panel next to your bed controls everything. The TVs have been upgraded to a large 75 inch Q-led in the living room and two 65 inch TVs in the Master bedroom and the Den Guest access You will have access to the Beach, Pool, Spa and Restaurants. Daily cleaning is not included however can be done for an extra charge. Other things to note The community fee is an additional 4% fee that is charged to cover the local Bal Harbour Sales tax. In total the condos such as this unit are responsable to collect 11% sales tax. Airbnb collects the 7% state sales tax and the "community fee" is the 4% Bal Harbour city tax. Please note that currently all amenities are available, but some may be subject to government or building regulations and be limited due to covid-19. There will be no additional discounts if some amenities are unavailable during your stay.
