You may also get a peek at some of the resident farm animals that live here. We have cattle, goats, and a flock of roaming chickens! You’ll be just minutes from all the food, shopping and sightseeing of small town America. Stroll the streets, visit the shops, and find great eats in downtown Lititz. The space Entirely renovated, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated, this space just sings of charm and comfort. You'll enjoy central heat and air (which can be set to your comfort before arrival), and full house wifi and a smart TV in the living room. There is a full kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Small appliances include a mixer, a blender, and a toaster. There are place settings for 4 people, and cooking utensils available; everything you need to eat-in unless you'd rather eat-out. We can even supply an outdoor grill upon request. Did we mention the coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, along with an electric tea kettle plus an array of pods, cream and sugar in individual packets? The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, and is complete with soft, fluffy towels and wash cloths. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. All linens are included. We ask that when you are here to stay to our property and not explore further up the main drive...that belongs to the neighbors and we want to respect their privacy and property. We have a gas fire pit located on the front patio that is available for you to use. We also have a gas grill and patio set for your use. We have it out spring to late fall. We don't mind having the grill available for you if you want during the winter...just ask! There is no smoking/vaping on the property except for in the designated outdoor smoking area front or back patio....please dispose of your trash in the jar filled with sand. We ask that there are no candles inside the home. If you need them use them outside. We also ask that there are no fireworks, sparklers, etc....inside or outside. We ask that you stay out of the barns, they are not included with your rental. And we also ask that you DO NOT enter the gated fenced in area. It is home to our cattle and other farm animals and we ask that you respect them by not screaming and shouting at/to them. They love attention but please respect them. All other areas are off limits unless personally invited.
