Up North Living is set up perfectly to fit all your family & friends under one roof to have fun, relax, enjoy the fresh air and most importantly make memories! The colorful Fall & sparkly winter are great for tearing up the ATV & snowmobile trails, skiing/sledding at Treetops or just hanging at the house with some boardgames! Summers here are full of adventure with a quick drive to Mackinac, Traverse City, or Michigan’s north coast beaches. Must be 21 or older to book! The space The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch with an open concept in the common areas. Access to the home is through the attached 2 car, heated garage. Upon entering the home, you walk into the laundry room where you have access to a full washer and dryer set. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and has a beautiful island with chairs to sit at. There is access to the back patio off the kitchen. This property is not fenced in. The living room has two electronic reclining sofas with USB power outlets. There are some game consoles (Wii and PlayStation 3) in the living room for additional entertainment. The bathroom is the first door on the right down the hallway where you will find a full tub with a rainfall shower head and handheld shower head. The first bedroom on the left is equipped with a bunk bed set (full size bed on bottom, twin on top) with an additional twin size trundle bed underneath. The second bedroom featured on the right end of the hallway is equipped with full size bed. The last bedroom on the left at the end of the hallway is equipped with a king size bed. All bedrooms have TVs mounted in them with YouTubeTV access already set up for you to enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house aside from one closet at the end of the hall along with the shed in the backyard. Other things to note There is a heater located in the garage that is set to 1. Please feel free to turn the heat up in the garage but turn it back to 1 before you leave. This is to keep the water softener from freezing!!!!
