ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE is a modern beach house situated in Kianga on the south coast of NSW. The house is a short walk to beautiful Kianga beach, the two-lane boat ramp at Apex Park, and the town of Narooma. ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE is ideal for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday away from the stresses of everyday life. The house sleeps a maximum of 4 people and is ideally suited to couples seeking a quiet getaway, or a small group of mature friends. The property has established gardens which attract many gorgeous birds. PLEASE NOTE: ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE would be an ideal holiday destination for those wishing to get away from the stresses of modern life for a while. There is no free WiFi. Mobile 'phone reception can also be a little sketchy in places. There is a selection of books for guests use. • ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE is a strictly non-smoking property – inside and outside • No dogs or other animals are permitted. • No large groups or schoolies groups are permitted. There is 1 large bathroom with laundry. Linens are included. This includes sheets, pillow slips, doona covers, tea-towels, mattress and pillow protectors. Please bring your own towels. TARIFFS The tariff can vary depending on the time of year. MINIMUM STAY Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay throughout the peak December and January holiday period. THE KIANGA / NAROOMA AREA This area is an idyllic holiday location with numerous beautiful beaches, the delightful Wagonga Inlet, great fishing, surfing, bushwalking, pleasure boating, and the famous Narooma golf course. There are several tour boat operators based at Narooma Marina which offer tours of nearby Montague Island, as well as trips for snorkelling, fishing, dolphin and whale watching. CYCLING AND WALKING There is a wonderfully scenic, 6km costal cycle and walking path that runs from Dalmeny, through Kianga, and into Narooma. The area also has many other scenic walks, including Mount Dromedary (access from Tilba Tilba), Ringlands Bay, the local state forests, and of course the numerous beautiful beaches. GOLF Recognised as one of Australia’s top 100 golf courses, and famous for “Hogan’s Hole”, Narooma Golf Club is set on the spectacular Narooma coastline. The club house is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink while enjoying the amazing views. The club’s Brasserie is also very popular. SHOPPING The nearby historic village of Central Tilba has many lovely boutique shops which sell crafts, clothes, leather, woollens, wood turning products, pictures, locally made candles, locally made cheese and more. Narooma town has an IGA and a Woolworths. On ‘Narooma Flat’ you will find a butcher, cafes, fish and chip shop, ice cream shop and more. NO PARTY POLICY ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE is a premium property in a quiet location, with resident neighbours. Please be considerate of our neighbours when staying at ROOMILLY BEACH HOUSE and keep noise to a minimum. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event that we receive complaints about excess noise, unruly or anti-social behaviour by guests.
