This home is located on crystal clear Canada Lake in the Adirondack state park. The home offers fishing, swimming, hiking, golf and much more. Knotty pine interior with warm fireplace and full kitchen/barbecue make it home. Two day minimum stay. Linens (sheets, blankets, towels) are provided for stays of seven days or more. Parking is limited to two cars unless previously arranged. The space Our home on Canada Lake is a quintessential lake house in the Adirondacks. It offers cozy pine walls, a warm fireplace and breathtaking lake views. It offers a large dock to enjoy your morning coffee and two patios (one with gas BBQ) to enjoy a family BBQ or morning pancakes. Upstairs offers sleeping space for 5 people with a restroom. Downstairs has two comfortable bedrooms with beautiful forest views, full bathroom, a large living room with a stone fireplace and lake views, as well as a good sized kitchen and additional living space for playing darts, additional sleeping space or a play room for kids. The lake access offers a small beach with shallow water that leads to deep water for fun swimming or cannonballs off the dock. Your own boat, or rental, can be tied to the dock. Guest access When renting from us you receive an entire house that is guaranteed to make you and your other guests feel at home. There is a large dock on Canada Lake and many local hiking trails to enjoy during your stay. You can rent a boat to help you enjoy fishing, water-sports and much more. There is a lake store for food and basic needs or to rent a boat. Large supermarkets and liquor stores are available just a short 15 minute drive away. Sheets and towels are provided for weekly rentals and longer, or by special request for shorter stays. Other things to note Canada Lake is unlike any other place you will find in the Adirondacks, and the other families that have been traveling here for years will agree. There are people of all ages if you want to grab a drink or go for a sunset cruise, but still privacy and quiet if you wish to sit back and get away from it all. There are programs for small children to get involved with such as Story Time on the Island or Ice Cream Socials for young teens looking to make friends. You will find that our little sanctuary on Canada Lake has everything you're looking for and more.
