The space Our home is equipped for long-term stays with plenty of kitchen basics & supplies, towels, linens, washer/dryer, and BBQ grill. Comfortable beds in each of the 3 bedrooms for a good night's sleep. Snuggle up in the primary bedroom retreat while reading a good book or watching a movie on the 50 inch TV from the king-sized bed or oversized chair. Each bedroom is decorated with a nod to places dear to our heart--Spain, Texas and Colorado--see if you can figure out which is which! Unwind from the day in the large soaking tub in the primary bathroom. Large showers are in both of the newly remodeled upstairs bathrooms. Fast wifi is available throughout the house with a modern desk space in the living room with comfy chair and an optional desk/chair set-up that can be placed in one of the bedrooms for flexible work or school from home. The kitchen is newly remodeled and perfect for those home-chefs who appreciate a good gas stove or the nights you want to enjoy take-out at the spacious kitchen island. Start your day in this bright, cheerful space with a quick cup of coffee from the Keurig or make more with our drip coffee maker! We have bakeware and essential appliances. Please let us know if something you need is missing! Snuggle up on the high-end and super-comfy couch in the second living room while watching your favorite shows on the 55 inch Smart Roku TV. We'd love to welcome families! We have a portable crib and high chair for you to use. Hang out in the backyard and grill up your favorite foods for an outdoor picnic. We love hosting and making people feel welcome and comfortable. Make yourself at home and we hope you enjoy your stay! Please let us know right away if anything is unsatisfactory or if you need anything or have any feedback. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the house. The neighborhood is peaceful and family friendly. You will have access to one parking space in the garage plus you can park in the driveway or on the street. Other things to note We would love to welcome well-behaved, housebroken pets. We know they are a beloved part of your family and we'd love to accommodate them! We would ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us things like whether they shed, if they chew, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. As much as we love snuggling with our animals, we would kindly ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. We do have a good-sized, fenced backyard (brand-new & sturdy), but please make sure you've checked for any potential small spaces under the fence for any escape-prone animals. Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of barking, especially at night. We charge a $200 pet fee per stay to cover extra cleaning at the end of your stay. Roku TVs are loaded with apps and accounts for: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock. No live TV or cable access, but you are welcome to load your own apps to the TVs. Gas fireplace is not functional. There will be one parking space available on the left side of the garage. You are also welcome to park in the driveway and the street. We highly value making sure our guests are comfortable and have everything they need! We will be very available to communicate during your stay!
