The space We are centrally located between Gulfport & Biloxi making our location convenient to restaurants, casinos, golf courses, and other local attractions. Our townhouse has 2 master bedrooms upstairs with full size connected bath. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed & a full bath across the hall. A washer & dryer is located in the downstairs bath and a small grilling patio is located off the downstairs bedroom. The open floor plan creates a spacious area for guests to enjoy. Guest access ROOM DESCRIPTION * Upstairs Master Bedroom 1-King size bed, 2 built-in bunk beds, a walk-in closet with a dresser for storage.A full-size bathroom is attached to the Master Bedroom-having a 65” Smart TV and two nightstands. *Upstairs Master Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, a dresser, two night stands, & a Smart TV, walk in closet and a Full-master bathroom is connected to Master Bed #2. *Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, closet, and a Smart TV. This room leads to a small patio and with a fenced patio and a new Weber charcoal grill. * A sample of washing pods are given to you during your stay. A washer and dryer is available for use and is located in the bathroom downstairs. * We provide bath, hand, and face towels. Body wash and shampoo are available for guests. Kitchen towels, beach towels, beach wagon, adult & children's beach chairs & beach toys are available for our guests to use. A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, hand soap, dish detergent, sponge, and laundry detergent are also available for our guests. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed. * The Living Room is equipped with a leather loveseat, leather couch, and a comfortable accent chair. Enjoy watching the 75” Smart TV and the Sonos sound system. * The luxury kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, can opener, rice cooker, noodle bowls, lobster pot, grilling utensils, and a Keurig coffee pot are available to our guests. OUTSIDE AREA * Our community has a shared pool. * The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse. * We have two dedicated parking spots for our home. I painted 2 orange cones with 1140A for you to stay on your trip. Please part in these spots only. If you need to park in a 3rd spot, there is guest parking in front of the neighborhood and in front of the pool. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking*** * The home had surveillance cameras and the community has security cameras throughout. Please note there are no pets, no smoking or vaping inside the home and no parties are allowed. Throwing parties will result in immediate rental termination, loss of deposits and fines will be assessed. If you smoke outside, please close the door so the smoke will not linger inside. Other things to note We are located in secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. Many of our guests have enjoyed staying with us to visit local attractions, attend events, visit family, business travel, escaping to warmer weather for the winter, or just simply relaxing. Guest access Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet’s and the upstairs balcony. Other things to note When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers: -Quiet time: 10pm-7am. -Check-in time: 3PM Check-out time:10AM. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners. -NO SMOKING/VAPING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged -NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. Community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules. -NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed. -NO PETS without owners' consent -NO unauthorized guest allowed -POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually opened between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control timing of the pool maintenance schedule. NO REFUNDS are given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules. -INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available. -Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it. -We offer items for your use at the beach. If used, please wash sand off all chairs, wagon, toys, etc. These items are located in the deckbox in back patio. Please clean & return items used during your stay. If items are broken, you will be charged the amount needed to replace the item broken. -No tampering with /obstructing view of cameras. -We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest's personal property. -CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid. Thank you! Other things to note Please read all of the details noted above.
