Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! The road to the house is scenic and offers an adventurous twist with winding paths that add to the charm of the experience. While some may find it exhilarating, we recommend arriving during daylight for the first time to fully appreciate the stunning landscape. -T-Mobile & Verizon users may experience limited cell coverage. We have a fast 300Mbps WiFi plan in the house to keep you connected. -Water pressure may be low in the master bathroom sinks and we are working on addressing it shortly. -Three Rivers is located in a rural area surrounded by mountains and wilderness, and insects, rodents, bird, and animals are part of this environment. -You may encounter rodents, birds, crickets, scorpions, moth, lizards, critters, deer, bears and even snakes. Please do not leave doors open too long as it can allow animals inside the property. -We have professional pest control that services every month to minimize pests inside and around the property. We will not issue refunds to guest encountering insects inside the property. Please attend to children and do not allow to wander without supervision, there could be poison oak on the property. (three leaves let it be).
