For the comfort and convenience of all guests please observe the following: No Smoking* *For guests who smoke, your security deposit will be kept in order to pay for the additional cleaning services that will be required. Please do not smoke. Many of our guests are allergic to smoke, including management. This is a Recreational Drug-Free Environment* *The home is a drug-free environment for the safety of other guests as well as the safety of the surrounding neighbors. If evidence of drug use, including marijuana, is found, you will be asked to vacate the premises at first notification. Your deposit and reservation fees will not be refundable. We thank you in advance for your discretion and adherence to this very important policy. No Pets* *Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. In the event that a guest arrives with a pet, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the whole stay will be charged in full. However, the security deposit will be returned. We are extremely mindful of the many allergies of our guests, which is the sole reason for this policy. No Shoes* We feature original hardwood flooring throughout this quaint cottage. In order to maintain the natural beauty, we ask that you do not allow any standing water to sit too long. Please wipe up spills as soon as possible. And please walk around in bare feet, socks or slippers. That makes it more like home, anyway. Our Guests An adult must accompany all guests under 21. Trash Please take your accumulated trash to the trashcan behind the house. The city picks up trash on Thursday mornings. We ask all long-term guests to roll the trashcan to the curbside next to the mailbox on Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning. Please return the empty trashcan to the back yards once the trash has been picked up.
