Book Us! The space Park your car in your driveway and walk in your private entrance apartment, which is on the lower level, back of the house. Walk in and to the left is the laundry area. Further in is the fully equipped kitchen area, which includes toaster, electric water kettle, and coffee machine with complimentary variety coffee pods. Walk in further pass the kitchen is the living room with a pub table for dining in. Also a leather double reclining couch. Beyond the living room is the bathroom with a huge stand up shower stall (If over 6ft tall you might bend a little). Further in is your huge 1 bed room with a comfortable queen size bed with two big mirror door closets and beyond the bed room is an office area. There’s also an electric blow up mattress that can sleep a 3rd person. Please note: The property does have central air and heat. The thermostat is not accessible to our guest. Temperature is set on a reasonable auto room temperature based on outside temperature. However if needing adjustments you’re welcome to ask.
