Guest access Guests will access the entire cottage, parking area, and outdoor space on the waterfront. Other things to note This place is located on the water and in a residential neighborhood, where sound travels and others live in close proximity. No noise or loud music of any kind is permitted on the property at any time. When checking in at the The Cottage at Middle Bay you will have all that you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. With a fully equipped kitchen including high-end appliances and linen and bedding to make your stay comfortable, you’ll feel right at home! Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay. The TV is a 42 inch Roku that does not offer cable.
