Laundry room with washer and dryer located on tenants level. Guest access The whole upper level is yours by yourself minus the garage. The upper level and lower level are separated by a locked door. The upper level tenant has their own private entrance and living space. Other things to note I have two kayaks and a 14' fishing boat with trolling motor all free of charge (need 48 hour advanced notice for fishing boat). Boating amenities from May 1 - September 30. Fishing poles available. Fire pit and fire wood available. Lake stairway patio with furniture overlooking the lake. Bike/snowmobile trail close by.
