Remember, the house is older; things may creak, bathrooms aren't large, and ladybugs sneak in - but you'll be cozy! My grandparents, Rhonda & Tom, retired & built the farmhouse. It has character and is home to many childhood memories. Hope you can appreciate & make memories there too! The space 4-bedroom house: bedroom 1 - king size bed - heated mattress bedroom 2 - queen size bed bedroom 3 - full-size bed with pull-out trundle bedroom 4 - queen size bed Guest access The first floor and second floor are all yours! The basement is closed to guests. Nothing exciting down there, still a work in progress and home to a lot of old furniture and dust. Other things to note Be prepared, the driveway is a tad steep. You're in the mountains, so you may run into a few ladybugs or other harmless insects. For safety, please stay off of the dock at the pond – we are working on restoring the steps. The fireplace is purely for show and cannot light a fire. While we don't have central A/C, each bedroom + the downstairs den has a wall unit to keep the house cool. We use to stay in the summer and never had a problem (this is coming from someone who lives in Florida and needs it to be 68 degrees to sleep!) *We will make exceptions for service animals.
