This is Villa Okeanos. It is perched 150 feet up on the sea rocks in Upper Shoal Bay East, Anguilla. It offers the best value on the island to sleep up to 11 guests. On the second (and main) level you'll find a spacious great room that combines an open kitchen, dining, and living areas, all seamlessly extending to the infinity pool terrace. The living room is styled with light, beach-inspired furnishings, including a large wrap-around sofa, a Bose stereo system, and a 65” 8K OLED TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen that caters to culinary enthusiasts with a full range of appliances including a margarita machine. The indoor dining area includes a kitchen bar with seating for 3 and a dining table for 6. On the third level west side of the villa is the primary suite located just seven steps up. It boasts two private balconies, one facing north and the other south, each with seating areas. On the main level east side of the villa, accessible from the living room, are two additional king suites with one offering direct access to the pool deck. On the first level, just seven steps down from the main level, is the 'Kids Lounge', a dedicated 800 square foot bedroom designed specifically for kids. It includes two twin-over-full bunk bed sets for 6, a queen sleeper sofa for 2, and an entertainment area with a SMART TV, stereo, desk, games, and additional seating. This space offers a unique and private retreat for younger guests and no other villa in Anguilla offers such a space. The villa is 10 minutes from the Sandy Ground (middle of island) restaurants and 20 minutes from the West End restaurants. Grocery stores are 4 to 5 minutes away by car. Anguilla is just 14 miles long and a relatively small island. Since Villa Okeanos is perched high up on the sea rocks, you will drive down the rocks, out onto the main road, and around to the beach where you will park your car. Its a quick 2 to 3-minute ride. You cannot walk down the sea rocks to the beach from the villa. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Villa Okeanos accommodates children aged 5 and older. Guest access The villa has a driveway with space for up to 3 cars. You will access the villa either through the front door, sliding door on the first level, or from the back terrace. Other things to note A 13% mandatory Anguilla government tax (referred to as "GST") is included in your total price. The host will remit this tax to the Anguilla Government on your behalf after your stay.
