Enjoy this beautifully renovated barn home built on a granite rock foundation which sits on a large multi acre property on a private road. Privacy and peace await. You’ll be greeted by large pine trees making it feel like a mountain retreat, close to town, beautiful beaches and wine country. As you enter the home you’ll see a spacious living room with a large 5’ river rock fireplace and large window to enjoy the views. The comfortable couch with large 75” TV makes for a great place to enjoy movie nights with the family. The chef’s kitchen comes fully stocked with all the important essentials, including pots, pans, dish ware, spices, oil and much more. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, large spacious refrigerator, wall oven/microwave, warming oven, dishwasher, toaster and blender. Our coffee and wine bar is equipped to ensure you have everything needed. Kurig machine with frothed built in and a variety of coffee and teas, creamer and sugar. Am electric wine opener and full bar set with glassware and stemware. Large farmhouse style dining table perfect for family meals together. Dining area opens up with large sliding doors to the spacious deck outfitted with a comfortable outdoor sectional, fire pit dining table, and grill. Perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. There are two full bathrooms located on the first floor. One of which is found in the master bedroom and offers two vanities, toilet with bidet, shower and separate jacuzzi jet tub for soaking and relaxing after a long day. The master bedroom offers a king bed and is truly an escape. Plush bedding, faux fur pillows and throw blanket. Nightstand lamps offer QI fast charging and are touch activated. Bunk bed room connected to the Master bedroom offers additional sleeping space with a loft twin bed over a full size bed. Has its own entrance into the master bathroom. Great for kids. Upstairs you’ll find a large full bathroom with another jacuzzi jet tub, and antique vanity table which is great for getting ready for a night out. In the hallway, you’ll find a desk, beautifully decorated reading nook and plenty of board games and puzzles to enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom offers a Queen bed that is beautifully outfitted with comfortable bedding, faux fur throw pillows, leather chair, 50” tv and plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a full size bed which offers plenty of comfortable bedding for all members of your group. Large 50” tv with full motion bracket allows for viewing at any angle. Guest access The home sits on acres of private land in a quiet residential area. You are free to roam through the property and explore, however please exercise caution when doing so as there are wildlife that frequent the property. There are other homes on the property as well however are separate enough that you don’t notice them. There is a garage with office next to the home that is off limits to guests, but is not occupied and would not interfere with your privacy during your stay Other things to note The home is equipped with keyless entry door lock. Guests will be provided their own personal key code prior to arrival. Security cameras are on the exterior of the home for added safety of our guests. There are two security cameras at the property. One points to the carport parking area and the second points to the parking area next to the garage. Neither camera has a view of any interior or communal spaces, so as to protect your privacy during your stay. Please advise us of any plans you may have so we can ensure to best accommodate. Absolutely no smoking in the home. Pets may be accommodated depending on breed and number or pets. Additional pet fee of $50 will be assessed for cleaning and sanitizing. Pets not allowed on furniture and must be cleaned up after.
