Inside you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with full-size stove refrigerator dishwasher and microwave for all your dining needs. The dining room table seats six with great views of the lake where you could enjoy beautiful sunrises as you slip your morning coffee. In the living room you’ll find a La-Z-Boy queen sleeper sofa loveseat and a 35 inch TV equipped with dish network. There is also free wifi. There is a lovely view of the lake from the living room also. The bedroom has two full-size beds and mattresses making this total sleeping accommodations up to six comfortably. Bath linens bedsheets and blankets are provided however a laundry room with the washer and dryer is available for use as well should you require to clean the linens as there isn’t a daily maid service provided. The home has a new central heat and air unit for your convenience. Trash bags and a starter of dishwasher pods and laundry pods and dish detergent along with a couple of rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels and also A few keurig pods are also provided. This rental property is a guest house to the owners home that adjoins the property next-door. There is a shared driveway that leads to both homes on a point. The guest house property is on the right of the driveway and the owners property is on the left. Owners live next door in the driveway is the property lines for the homes owners property and dock is not for Airbnb usage. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED inside or out large or small! The local convenience store is 1.4 miles away there is a Dollar General 3 miles away. In rainbow city there is Winn-Dixie and Publix and some restaurants that are 8 miles away. Walmart and numerous restaurants are located in Gadsden and Attalla are around 12 miles from the property. Birmingham is about an hour away Huntsville and Chattanooga are around an hour and 40 minutes away and Atlanta is two hours away. Guest access This Lakehouse has a shared driveway with the owners the property. The property the right side of the driveway are yours to use. There is a separate driveway to park a couple of vehicles and ample space to park a boat should you bring one. The lake house is separate from the owners and you have a private access to this home.
