This beautiful quaint coastal style home in the town of Tequesta is a perfect getaway. The house is located on US1 just a few miles north of countyline road. The intercoastal waterway boasts beautiful clear water and is just a couple of miles north of the Jupiter Inlet and some of the best fishing in the country! Take a relaxing vacation here and hangout under the shady palm trees! The private dock allows you to bring your boat. We know you will love your stay! The space There are 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. One in the master, one guest in the hallway and one in the garage. Guests have access to the garage which includes a deep freezer and refrigerator. The porch has chairs and barstools as well as a propane grill. You are welcome to bring a boat and keep it in the slip at the north side of the dock. The intercostal channel is about 150 yards off the dock but it is a speed zone. There will be some wakes but they are usually broken down by the time this reach the dock. There are also many pilings to secure your boat. The dock can accommodate boats up to 50 feet and a draft of 4 feet. The lift is reserved for owner use and the owner may need to access the boat on occasion. Advanced notice will be provided and the owner will park off of the property if accessing the boat. It will only be accessed during daytime hours. A trailer can be parked in the driveway although it may be tight for other vehicles. Guest access Entire property
