The space The initial entrance to this space is through the main home, which can then be entered/exited privately through the back sliding door to the unit. This is a private studio unit not shared by other guests, though it is located downstairs of our family home. In this space, you have access to a spacious, modern bathroom, a living area with a TV, and an eat-in kitchenette with a table for 4 people. Enjoy a comfortable and luxurious king-size memory foam mattress. There is also a room divider and a pull-out couch in case you're traveling with guests. The back patio looks out onto a preserved wooded area and is a few seconds walk from a path around the neighborhood. A short drive from downtown Richmond and Pocahontas Park, our space is ideal for those traveling for work or pleasure! Guest access Guests have access to the private studio unit and back patio. The initial entrance is through the main home and then can be accessed privately once the key has been collected. Other things to note Although you can enter the home privately through the back, there is not yet a path and we urge you to exercise caution when walking down the side of the house, especially when wet. We do live with cats, so please do not let them outside when entering via the front door.
