Our home has a huge backyard with a spacious firepit, sleeps 8 comfortably, & we prioritize "home away from home" with all the essentials that make your travel easier! We even have a work-from-home office with 2 monitors ready for plug-and-work. 15 min from downtown Asheville, 8 minutes from Weaverville & historic Marshall, & 3.9 miles from the French Broad River! The space One king bedroom and full bath upstairs with kitchen and living rooms. Downstairs rooms include additional king, bunk bed room, and full bath. Guest access You’ll have access to our entire home. This covers: - 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathrooms - 2 decks; upstairs is already set up for dinning while downstairs is an excellent place to relax - 2 private work spaces; 1 is under the stairs (we call it our Harry Potter room), and the other is outside already set up with a complete work-from-home setup with dual monitors - fire pit and outdoor seating Other things to note DOGS: $100 dog fee (no addition charge for a 2nd). We love our dogs and invite yours as well! However, we strictly don’t allow them on furniture (including beds) and owners are liable for any damages to property, bedding, etc. If dog hair is found on bedding or couch, resulting in extra cleaning time, guests will be required to pay the difference for our hourly cleaner’s extra length of stay. It is assumed you agree to this upon booking.
