It is perfect for making full coarse meals & has bar seating so the chef can stay connected w/ guests. There is also a large dining table for meals, board games, & gathering. Other things to note This property is part of an HOA rules are in place to uphold respect for all property owners. There is a rental agreement that will need to be read and signed prior to check in. If rules in agreement are broken and other property owners complain about disruptive behavior, noise, etc, then you may be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement.
