The two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs and you will have everything you need for your stay: bedding, towels, stocked kitchen, all paper products, coffee, tea and hot chocolate, shampoo/conditioner, soap and feminine products etc. The main bedroom closet is stocked with other extras that you may have forgotten. You can literally just show up with the clothes on your back! There is a lot to do on the lake in the summer…boating, kayaking, and fishing. Hop on the frozen lake in the winter to snowmobile and ice fish. Minutes from Downtown Jamestown and Bemus Point. Private back deck with a nearby fire pit with wood provided. There is a keypad for keyless entry upon check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are both available upon request, we try our best to accommodate both. Other things to note The bedrooms and bathroom are both located upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. A single trifold mattress along with sheets/pillows/blankets can be found in the bunk room closet. There is also a pack n play and high chair in the closet if you are traveling with an infant. The home also has a separate dining room and first floor laundry. The house is on the main road just minutes from the lake and a public boat launch. Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Walmart and Wegmans are just minutes from the house, and also on the main road. A planet fitness and a YMCA are also a couple minutes away. Early check-in and late check-out are both available upon request at no additional cost. We try our best to accommodate both.
