Soak up a million stars as you relax beside the firepit, in the jacuzzi, in the hammock or on the porch swing. If you love nature & want to get away from the city, this is the place for you. Rocky Mountain & Estes Park are ~25 min. The space Guests may use the Suite and the lower area with its own private entrance. There's an outside seating area with a hammock, a propane fire pit, a porch swing and spectacular views. There is a jacuzzi steps away from the suite. When walking out of the suite, the jacuzzi is located on the other side of the brown fence you will see up and to the right. The jacuzzi is near the house on the other side of that fence. It is shared with our friends who live upstairs. Instructions for use are located in the 'House Guide' book which is in the suite on the sofa table. We clean & disinfect the entire Suite after each guest, complying with cleaning specifications, paying close attention to commonly touched surfaces. Our friends live in the main house which is upstairs and we live just down the road. Your area, the suite, is completely separate and private. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests have access to a private beautiful outdoor space as well as the top of the hill located behind the house on our two acre property. There are amazing views from every angle of the property. There is a jacuzzi steps away from the suite. Other things to note We are located in the community of Storm Mountain, nestled in the Roosevelt Forest up a Forest Service maintained dirt road (4x4 with chains required in the winter if it snows during or before your stay). There are several great hiking trails near the suite. There's a private outside seating area with a hammock, a porch swing, a propane fire pit and spectacular views. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate that serves as a stove top, coffee maker, everything you need to make a simple meal. Rocky Mountain National Park is currently on a reservation system for park access. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. See the 'RMNP Timed Entry Permit System' site for details. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet. 2. There’s a $45 fee/pet for their stay, that must be paid prior to check in. 3. Please keep your pet on a leash, we have free range chickens and they wander the whole property and we don’t want them to be harmed or eaten. 4. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or the bed.
