The space This is a private room in a four bedroom home with one shared bathroom. There may be up to 3 additional guests in the home during your stay. The bed includes 100% cotton bedding, a supportive foam mattress, and four pillows. There is a closet and dresser for your personal items, along with a desk, chair, and 43" smart TV. The bedroom door is secured with a keypad lock. The home’s common areas include a living room, dining room, updated kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. Guest access You will have full access to common areas. Enjoy reading a book in the sunny living room or sit down to a meal in the dining room. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, cooking essentials, and labels on cabinets/in the fridge for your food items. Laundry is easily accessible inside the home so you won’t have to trek down to a basement or the local laundromat. Other things to note There is one parking space in the driveway available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available except on Fridays 7am-4pm (trash day). At that time, you will need to either coordinate driveway parking with any other guests or be away from the home 7am-4pm.
