Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests, we have a few house rules in place: - Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 penalty. - Pets are not allowed in the property and will result in a $250 penalty. - Parties and events are not permitted and will result in a $250 penalty. - If you have more guests than the number reserved, there will be a $25 per person per night charge. - Any damages to the property will be subject to the cost of repair or replacement. - Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM or earlier. - An early check-in or late check-out fee of $25 per hour may be applied if we are able to accommodate your request.
