The space You have access to a pond(shared with both houses) that is stocked with trout. Catch and release please! We are in the city limits but tucked away from most other houses. We have our regular guest of raccoons, ospreys, river otters, ducks and an occasional deer. Guest access You have access to the entire house, pond, back patio with BBQ in the summer, front porch and dock with a gazebo. The only shared space is the pond. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking of any kind or large parties. We have had small weddings, proposals and gender reveals.
