Serene getaway with great nature views, fabulous amenities, and mid-century modern architecture which is rare for the area! The backyard has a ton of space to run and play, a hot tub and fire pit, plus woods to explore. You will likely see some wild animals during your say: mostly deer. Sometimes we see groundhogs, there are geese and frogs at the pond, and even some wild turkey! Close to many cute towns including Livingston Manor, Calicoon and Bethel. The space The main ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, plus an open kitchen/dining/living room space and adjoining room with sliding glass doors all around, a chaise, desk, studio grand piano and karaoke machine. The finished basement has a full bathroom, laundry room, table for cards/games etc, bar.... and Sauna! Please note that there is a spiral staircase from the main floor to the basement level, it has a hand rail. The kitchen is very well-appointed. The dining table sits in front of a huge window overlooking the backyard. Each bedroom has a working claw foot bathtub and king sized bed, and one of them has a desk/workspace while the other has a TV and sink, as well as sliding glass doors to the back deck and yard. The back deck includes a hot tub and bbq grill as well as a seating area. Our enormous lawn has lawn chairs for sunning, a hammock, fire pit with seating, and a net for badminton and volley ball. If you like sports we also have a basketball hoop in the driveway, hockey nets and soccer ball, bocce ball and croquet. We have Wifi throughout the house that also works out on the deck and lawn if you want to work outside. Guest access We have a 2-car carport and plenty of other driveway parking space. Other things to note **PRIVACY** You will have the property to yourself, however a heads up that on Tuesdays the lawnmower comes for a few hours. **PETS** Dogs are welcome for a $100 flat cleaning fee per dog/per stay. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog and we will send the payment request. If you want to bring any pets other than dogs please send details and we will consider on a case-by-case basis.
